Leaving aside the question of whether the tools are “clean” or not, this lasagna features pasta that is nearly an inch think and probably didn’t even cook all the way through, dry ground beef poured out of a bucket, garbage-quality parmesan as the primary cheese, and whole basil leaves. It looks like it would straight up suck even if it was being made at a more reasonable scale.
